Turning Training Into Entertainment
Most product training videos are built to check a box. The result is content employees are expected to watch, but rarely engage with.
To solve that problem, I developed a modular training format that combined product education with comedy. Rather than using a traditional corporate presenter, I recruited comedian Frank Castillo to bring personality and humor to the material, making it far more watchable.
The version shown here was created for Hyphen, but the format was designed to be scalable. Custom 3D product animations could be swapped in for different clients, allowing the same storytelling framework to adapt across brands.
The project reflects a core belief of mine: even something as seemingly mundane as a B2B training video can become engaging through strong storytelling and creative thinking.
